Jiansong Ji is the Director of Radiology Department and a Vice president of Lishui Central Hospital in Zhejiang, China. He is also a professor at Zhejiang University, Wenzhou Medical University and Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology Chinese Academy of Science.
Dr. Ji graduated from Soochow University School of Medicine and received his M.D. in 1999 from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, China. He then received a master's degree of medical science in 2003 from the Soochow University School of Medicine, followed by a Ph.D. of medical science in 2008 from Zhejiang University School of Medicine. To make better understanding of the disease and to further explore the therapeutic methods, Dr. Ji got post-doctoral training in Southeast University School of Medicine (2012) and University of Washington School of Medicine (2016), successively.
After he got license, Dr. Ji launched his career in Lishui Central Hospital, where he began his specialization in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology. Because of his special background of both a physician and a scientist, Dr. Ji is functioning as a unique “bridge” linking bench research and clinical practice. Dr. Ji has received over ¥20,000,000 in funding from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and other funding agencies.
