Dr Pua Uei is a fellow of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE), the Royal College of Radiologists (United Kingdom), the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and is the immediate past president of the Singapore Radiological Society. He currently serves on committees in the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), and was recently appointed as an RSNA International Visiting Professor.
His interests in interventional radiology include peripheral vascular & aortic intervention, oncologic embolization, tumor ablation, and cementoplasty. He was featured in the main stream media for his work in stentoplasty of osteoporotic fractures, cryoablation of renal tumors, percutaneous EVAR, transradial intervention and complex aortic endografting. He has published more than 110 peer-reviewed publications.
