Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees.
Block bookings have been made at a number of hotels close to SkyCity Convention Centre, for more information on hotels and rates please visit the accommodation page. Bookings for these hotels can be made whilst completing your registration.
APSCVIR 2018 attendees are eligible for up to 20% off your flights when booking with Star Alliance, please visit our travel page for more information on how to book the discounted flights.
If you cancel your registration, a refund (less an administration charge of $100) will be made, providing notification is received by 4th December 2017. After that date no refunds will be made, however you are welcome to send a substitute attendee in your place.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the APSCVIR 2018 ASM is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred. Click here to view the terms and conditions.
